According to www.spine-health.com, sciatica can affect up to 40% of the population. 40%!!!! That means up to 40% of us may worry about: waking up at night because of pain, annoyed and in pain with walking, unsure what may ‘tweak’ the back, contemplate about surgery, etc.
All these ideas start to come into play because of the lack of clarity on what IS sciatica. Some sciatica symptoms can be nothing to worry about once you understand the anatomy. As always, for us its about educating yourself to make the best decisions for yourself.
